Deal with crime during the pandemic

It’s been a little more than two months since the COVID-19 outbreak and all of the restrictions that have come with it.
According to police most people seem to be following the rules.
But as Dan Nyznik tells us, one police service on the lakeshore is reporting a spike in the number of mental health calls.
