Coronavirus outbreak: Spain to reopen to international tourists, Madrid locals welcome lockdown easing

Madrid residents have welcomed the announcement that Spain’s government will ease the lockdown in Madrid and Barcelona starting May 25, as the country’s prime minister said it will reopen to international tourism from July.
