The global pandemic stopped or slowed down construction projects all over Ontario. But it hasn’t had much effect on the $5.3 billion Eglinton Crosstown LRT. As Seán O’Shea reports, Metrolinx says it is still going to finish the mega project by 2022 and it gave Global News a tour of its progress.
