The Lethbridge School Division has released its preliminary budget for next school year. One item that is drawing a lot of attention is Program Unit Funding and the new framework surrounding it. As Taz Dhaliwal reports, the school division is attributing new provincial funding guidelines for dozens of jobs losses.
