Gen Michael Rouleau, Canadian Joint Operations Command told reporters on Tuesday afternoon that the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) is conducting a standard flight safety investigation into the deadly crash of a Cyclone helicopter in the Ionian Sea off the coast of Greece, as well as a summary investigation into the unrecovered crew remains and a formal Board of Inquiry.
