Lt.-Col. Mike French, commanding officer of 431 (Air Demonstration) Squadron said a deadly plane crash in Kamloops, B.C., on Sunday was “the confluence of a whole bunch of intersecting circumstances” that led to the “worst case scenario.” French said Monday that all options had “evaporated” before the two team members ejected from the plane.
