Nova Scotia passes toughest vaping regulations in Canada

Nova Scotia has introduced Canada’s toughest anti-vaping legislation by limiting the amount of nicotine levels in e-cigarettes, set to come into effect in September. As Ross Lord reports, health experts say smokers and vapers are at much higher risk of contracting COVID-19.
