White House press secretary focuses on alleged wrongdoing when asked about ‘Obamagate’

When asked to detail the alleged crimes in reference to the “Obamagate” term tweeted multiple times in recent days by U.S. President Donald Trump, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany referred Friday to alleged “wrongdoing” such as the “Steele” dossier from the Russia investigation, and the issuance of Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Act warrants, which she claimed were improperly issued. She did mention one potential crime, the leak of Michael Flynn’s name to reporters in relation to a federal probe, but did not go further to name the criminal actions President Donald Trump has hinted that former president Barack Obama and other administration officials committed.
