Staff at Pinecrest Nursing Home in Bobcaygeon, Ont., celebrate on Thursday after being informed a coronavirus outbreak has been declared over.
Declared in late March, the outbreak claimed the lives of 28 residents and a spouse of a resident due to COVID-19 complications
