They have been self-isolating for weeks but tonight migrant workers at a West Kelowna nursery are back on the job. An outbreak of COVID-19 was declared among the large group of temporary foreign workers at the end of March. Almost two dozen workers tested positive during this time but the Interior Health Authority today declared the outbreak officially over. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
