“Nobody has had to reopen an economy before,” Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said Friday as he explained changes to the province’s reopening plan. Moe and the province’s chief medical officer Dr. Sadiq Shahab said changes were made after hearing suggestions from the business community.
