Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau thanked Taiwan directly for their “generous” donation of medical masks after Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister François-Philippe Champagne did not mention Taiwan by name when addressing the donation on Thursday.
