Coronavirus: Certain Ontario businesses allowed to reopen

The Ontario government announced certain businesses will be allowed to reopen on May 4. Premier Doug Ford says a steady decline in the number of COVID-19 cases in Ontario is the reason he’s confident phase one of reopening the economy can begin. Travis Dhanraj reports.
