White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said on Friday that coronavirus task force meetings were still taking place, despite a recent decline in the number of public briefings over the past week. Asked about whether there would be any more briefings with Dr. Anthony Fauci or Dr. Deborah Birx, two of the White House’s top medical officials on the task force, McEnany said as the country is moving more towards reopening, there’s been more meetings with Trump and CEOs, for example.
