Environment and Parks Minister Jason Nixon and Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo mayor Don Scott address mitigation efforts as part of the Fort McMurray rebuild, where many properties are built on a flood plain. Scott said $150-250 million has already been spent and more is in the works as he talked about the once-in-a-century flood.
