Mandatory evacuation order remains in flooded Fort McMurray

Residents of Fort McMurray, Alberta, remain under evacuation orders, after ice jams in two rivers caused some of the worst flooding the region has seen in more than a century. But as Heather Yourex-West reports, there are signs the ice is beginning to clear.
