Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Wednesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stressed that his government collaborated extensively with the provinces and territories to establish “guidelines” for the reopening of provincial economies, but stressed also that each province and territory faces its own unique situation.
