Alberta to spend $81M on rural health-care this year: minister

Alberta’s health minister has announced changes to health-care supports in northern and rural Alberta communities. Tyler Shandro said they will benefit doctors, and include changes to insurance premiums and on-call rates, and an incentive for medical students.
