New federal aid program for post-secondary students

The prime minister has unveiled a $9-billion dollar financial aid package aimed at post-secondary students, Normally at this time of year, they would be starting their summer jobs, but this year, many of them are without work due to the coronavirus pandemic. Aaron McArthur reports.
