Ranchers feel the pain of low cattle prices while consumers told not to expect deals on beef during COVID-19 pandemic

Cargill announced Monday that it has started the process to temporarily pause operations at its High River meat processing plant because of coronavirus concerns. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, consumers could see changes in the price of meat at the grocery store.
