New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo spoke Friday about what the state could do to make a "better tomorrow," saying that they needed to learn from the pandemic and prepare should something like the coronavirus outbreak happen again, including improving their public health and emergency response capacity. He said this means reimagining the workplace, such as more opportunities for working from home, making a safer public transit system and smarter public interactions.
