Quebec Premier François Legault announced 41 new deaths due to COVID-19 in the province, bringing the total number of deaths to 216 as of Thursday. He also announced 891 new cases, with a provincial total of 10,912. Legault said that the number of hospitalizations is exactly aligned with the province’s predictions, “which is a sign that we’re getting closer to the peak.”
