State of local emergency to be renewed for the foreseeable future: Edmonton mayor

Mayor Don Iveson said Edmonton city council will continue to renew the local state of emergency on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future and thanked citizens for complying with physical distancing rules. He also encouraged people to be creative in showing their support for health care workers.
