Quebec’s premier François Legault announced six new deaths of COVID-19 in the province during Tuesday’s briefing, bringing the total number of deaths to 31. He offered condolences to the families of the victims and said “these are not statistics, these are real people.” Premier Legault also announced 732 new cases of COVID-19, with a total of 4,162 province wide.
