Ontario associate chief medical officer of health Dr. Barbara Yaffe announced three new deaths, two at Pinecrest Nursing Home in Bobcaygeon, Ont., and a woman in her 80s in York Region. Yaffe said there were approximately 133 new cases, bringing the total to 993 confirmed cases in the province. She added Ontario will likely see the number of resolved cases go up above 200 in the coming days.
