On Tuesday, CEO of Saskatchewan Health Authority Scott Livingstone announced the next phases for the province’s COVID-19 response. Livingstone said the government is “taking action immediately” to expand its acute care capacity, which includes the creation of dedicated spaces for COVID-19 patients within facilities, the creation of COVID-19-dedicated hospitals and more.
