In declaring a provincial state of emergency, Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil also tightened the borders, forcing anyone returning to the province to self-isolate for 14 days. As Callum Smith reports, the premier in neighbouring New Brunswick says similar measures could be taken, although he’d like nation-wide alignment.
