Coronavirus outbreak: Nova Scotia declares state of emergency

On Sunday, Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil declared a state of emergency for the province due to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective immediately. As a result, people cannot gather in groups greater than five, and will be fined if public health guidelines are broken.
