Speaking to reporters on Monday, Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s Chief Provincial Public Health Officer said 400 tests were done on Sunday, and all reported back negative, adding that no tests will be done on people who do not present COVID-19 symptoms. Dr. Roussin said people who are symptomatic and returning from international travel will be tested.
