Cycle path re-opens over the Jacques-Cartier Bridge

Cyclists can once again cross the Saint-Lawrence River on two wheels over the Jacques-Cartier, as that bridge’s bike path re-opened for the spring. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports.
