When you think of cornhole you probably associate it with backyard BBQs, camping, and more than likely playing it with an alcoholic beverage in one hand.
But for the Peterborough Cornhole Association and other leagues around the country, it’s a competitive sport.
Peterborough hosted round two of the Canadian Cornhole Championships over the weekend.
The players took the tournament more seriously than you probably would playing in your back yard, but the end goal was still the same – get the bean bag into the hole and have fun while doing it.
