Charmaine Magumbe is Chair of the Community Race Relations Committee in Peterborough, which is spearheading many of the Black History Month events in the city. Magumbe speaks to the recognition of Black History Month so far, and with a few days left to February that there are still panel discussions to hear and musical performances to enjoy.
