Vancouver chef wins Canadian Culinary Championships

Roger Ma, the Executive Chef of Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar, has taken the top prize at the Canadian Culinary Championships in Ottawa with a dish nicknamed “Vancouver on a Plate.”
