Vaudreuil man is hoping his plight with snow removal will help others with disabilities

Piero Gervasi has virtually become a slave to snow. As Global’s Kwabena Oduro explains, the 52-year old man moved to a condo in Vaudreuil to have better accessibility, instead, he says he spends hours waiting for snow removal.
