Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam spoke at a press conference on Feb. 18, where she said that evacuees from the quarantined Diamond Princess cruise ship will have to undergo yet another quarantine once they exit the ship, in wake of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus called COVID-19.
