Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller responded to criticism about how long it took for him to meet with the Mohawk First Nation at Tyendinaga, saying he had to be invited first before he could meet with members. He also said he wanted to stress the discussion was facilitated by "very strong leadership" in the community who "want to see peace."
