Powell upbeat about U.S. economy, but says coronavirus is a risk

U.S. Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell remained upbeat about the state of the U.S. economy on Tuesday in his first comments since the outbreak of COVID-19, but said impacts from the novel coronavirus on China may be a risk to the U.S.
