A Saskatoon community group looking to address the local crystal meth crisis has released a report with more than two dozen items to help tackle the issue and get people the care they need. The report focuses on collaborative efforts from the health authority, police, Indigenous leaders and other agencies across the city. Kyle Benning reports.
