Speaking to reporters in Winnipeg on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that his government is moving slowly and carefully on the approval process for the Trans Mountain Pipeline, purchased by the federal government in 2018 for a cost of $4.5 billion CDN, because it “needs to be done right.”
