Shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump signed the Phase 1 trade deal with China on Wednesday, Democratic Senator Ron Wyden told reporters it will be ineffective, along with Senators Chuck Schumer and Sherrod Brown. Wyden said the deal is nothing new, calling it "more of a Band-Aid than a solution."
