This weekend marks a somber anniversary of an earthquake that ripped through Haiti 10 years ago. An RCMP officer who was well known as the face and voice of the force in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia died in the earthquake. As Callum Smith reports, Sgt. Mark Gallagher will not be forgotten.
