Speaking to the media in Ottawa Wednesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other senior members of his government said they would work through intermediary nations, such as Italy, in the wake of the plane crash in Iran which killed 63 Canadians. Canada has no formal diplomatic relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
