Woman charged after Niagara-on-the-Lake parking lot incident

A Hamilton woman has been charged with assault and uttering threats after a Boxing Day parking lot incident captured on video. Fifty-one-year-old Patricia Zammit will appear in court on Feb. 3. Sean O’Shea reports.
