Vigil held for Soleiman Faqiri who died while in custody at Central East Correctional Centre in Lindsay

A vigil was held Sunday in Peterborough and six other cities to mark three years since the death of a inmate at the Central East Correctional Centre in Lindsay.
Soleiman Faqiri, who had schizophrenia, died after he got into an altercation with guards at the Lindsay superjail.
