Murder charge dropped in Devan Bracci-Selvey case

The Crown has withdrawn a first-degree murder charge against an 18-year-old in connection with the stabbing death of Devan-Bracci Selvey. But as Matthew Bingley explains, he is now facing three new charges and a 14-year-old remains charged with first-degree murder.
