The Peterborough Regional Health Centre is operating under a lot of pressure. In fact, the hospital has been operating over its maximum capacity for more than two years now. But some of the patients currently occupying the beds don't need to be there.. so the hospital has come up with a plan to temporarily lift the stress off of its facility. Noor Ibrahim reports.
