3 judges reserve decision on whether to reopen case of Christopher Garnier

In September 2015, Christopher Garnier killed and concealed the body of Catherine Campbell, an off-duty police officer. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, he’s appealed both the conviction and his sentence.
