Mexican diplomat says USMCA could be ratified by year’s end, but they want ‘right treaty not quick treaty’

Mexico’s point man for the USMCA trade deal, Jesus Seade, said on Friday that he believed the agreement could be ratified by all three countries by year’s end, but said it depends on what changes may need to be made, adding they want the “right treaty not a quick treaty.”
