Montreal’s Archdiocese has hired a retired judge to lead an independent investigation into former catholic priest Brian Boucher, who was convicted of sexually assaulting two boys. Montreal’s Archbishop hopes the investigation will help the church weed out predators in the future. Global’s Anne Leclair reports.
