Saint John’s nearby communities to help with cost of maintaining shared facilities

The City of Saint John has spent much of the year trying to get nearby communities to help with the cost of maintaining shared facilities. Now, thanks to the provincial government, more of those communities will have to chip in come 2021. Travis Fortnum reports.
